摘要:

电能质量不仅影响着配电网的安全稳定经济运行,更直接影响着用户侧用电设备的正常工作。近年来,大量风电、光伏等分布式电源的接入对整个电力系统的电能质量造成了很大影响,而随着计算机、电力、电子等高新技术产业的蓬勃发展,越来越多的电力用户对供电质量提出了更高的要求。完善的电能质量信息监测和预警评估平台是及时发现配电网电能质量问题、提高电能质量水平的前提条件。因此,在使用基于隐马尔科夫模型的电能质量指标方法的基础上,设计了一套基于云平台的智能配电网电能质量监测预警系统,旨在实现配电网电能质量多项指标的监测和预测预警功能。该系统可以协助电网工作人员尽早发现已经存在的或潜在的电能质量问题,为实现对配电网电能质量的高效治理和智能控制提供了决策依据。

Abstract:

Power quality not only affects the safe , stable and economic operation of power grid, but also directly impacts the operation of the electrical equipment on user side. Recently,the access of wind power and distributed PV to power grid strikes the power quality of the whole power grid. And with the development of high-tech industries, such as computer, power and electronics industries, a mass of users have made higher requirements on power supply quality. Monitoring and evaluation on power quality information is the prerequisite of disclosing power quality problems and improving power quality. Therefore, adopting power quality index monitoring method based on the Hidden Markov Model, an intelligent power distribution network power quality monitoring and warning system based on cloud platform is designed,to monitor and predict multiple power quality indexes. This system can help personnel to find the existing or potential problems in power quality at early stage, and provide decision basis for efficient power quality management and intelligent control.
