摘要:

随着大容量电池技术、电动汽车技术的发展,电动汽车的数量急剧增长,其随机充电行为会对电网产生冲击。5G时代下,电网负荷预测变得更加可控,充电数据采集的实时性、可靠性也显著提高,使实时电价机制成为可能。从电动汽车需求侧出发,通过分析当前电动汽车充电计费方式的利弊,提出了实时电价策略,通过电价实时波动数据引导用户自主进行有序充电,从而实现有效缓解电力供需矛盾、节能减排、提高经济效益的目的。

Abstract:

With the technical development of large-capacity batteries and electric vehicles, the soaring number of electric vehicles and their stochastic charging behavior greatly impact power grid. In the era of 5G,load forecast has to be more controllable and the charging data has to be more timely and reliable,to realize the spot pricing of electricity. From the perspective of demand side, the advantages and disadvantages of current charging way for electric vehicles are analyzed.Then,a spot pricing strategy is proposed,which urges users to charge orderly according to spot price fluctuation. The strategy can alleviate the contradiction between supply side and demand side of power, save energy and reduce pollution, and increase profits.
