双流环密封油发电机氢气纯度下降的原因分析

摘要: 补氢量是300MW发电机组一个重要的运行指标,若采用双流环密封油系统的发电机,则经常会出现补氢量过大的现象。通过对密封油系统和密封瓦结构的分析,对系统设计和运行中存在的问题和隐患进行了处理和调整,控制了氢气纯度下降的速度,减少了发电机氢气排换量,降低了氢气的消耗,最终达到了节能降耗之目的。

Abstract: The quantity of make-up hydrogen is an important operation index of generator unit, too large quantity of hydrogen often appears in the double-ring oil sealing generator .By the analysis of the oil sealing system and the sealing bush construction, the problems and hidden troubles existing in system design and operation were treated and regulated, the speed of hydrogen purity lowering was controlled, the hydrogen exchange quantity of generator and the hydrogen consumption were reduced, so the purpose of energy-saving and consumption-reducing was achieved at last.
