摘要: 以华能玉环电厂主蒸汽管道P92钢焊接和热处理为例,介绍了如何解决新材料的焊接技术问题,针对国内现场焊接和热处理中存在的问题,采取了有效措施,以控制新型耐热钢的安装质量,以期为其他超超临界机组项目的焊接质量控制提供参考依据。

Abstract: Take welding and heat treatment of the P92 steel of main steam pipe in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant as the example, the solutions of technical problems in novel material welding were introduced. Aiming at the problems existing in welding and heat treatment field in China, some effective measures were employed to control the installation quality. It is expected that the measures mentioned in this paper can be used as reference for welding quality control in construction of other ultra-supercritical units.
