摘要：

某发电厂500kV主变压器检修中发现高压侧套管末屏漏油，通过分析，确认漏油原因为末屏未接地。详细介绍了高压套管更换过程和局部放电试验。更换后解体检查发现该变压器做介损试验时损伤了末屏接地线柱，接地铜套卡涩，不能完全弹起，针对故障原因提出了具体的防范措施。

Abstract:

A 500kV main transformer of a power plant found oil leak defect at its bushing end shield of the high voltage side during overhaul. Through analysis, it was confirmed that the reason for oil leak was ungrounded end shield. It introduced the replacement of high voltage bushing and partial discharge test in details. After replacement, it was found that the end shied ground column was damaged during the dielectric dissipation test of transformer through disassembly check and the grounded copper sleeve was jammed and could not bounce fully. Countermeasure was carried out according to the causes of the defect.
