湿式电除尘器与氨法脱硫协同脱除多种污染物效果研究

摘要: 氨法脱硫具有脱硫效率高,运行操作简便等优点,但存在氨逃逸、气溶胶现象。通过测试氨法脱硫装置+湿式电除尘前后烟气中NOx、烟尘、NH3、雾滴、SO3等污染物浓度的变化,系统研究了氨法脱硫+湿式电除尘器的协同脱除作用,得出湿式电除尘器出口烟尘质量浓度可控制在10mg/m3以下,对NOx有30%~40%的脱除效率,对SO3有90%左右的脱除效率,对雾滴具有80%以上的脱除效率,仅能脱除50%左右的NH3。因此,氨法脱硫+湿式电除尘器可基本实现烟尘、NOx超低排放,对缓解氨法脱硫气溶胶现象也有显著效果,对NH3逃逸控制仍需考虑其他方法。

Abstract:

Ammonia desulfurization is of high desulfurization efficiency,and easy to operate.But it is has disadvantages such as ammonia escaping and(NH4)2SO4 aerosol forming.By analysis the removal efficiency on NOx,dust,NH3,droplets,SO3and other pollutants made by ammonia desulfurization system and wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP), their synergistic removal effect on typical pollutants above were systematically studied.The results show that the mass concentration of dust at the outlet of WESP is less than 10mg/m3and 30%40%NOx,90%SO3 and 80% droplets can be shrugged off, but only about 50% NH3 can be removed by the WESP and ammonia desulfurization system.Therefore,ultralow emission of dust and NOx can be achieved by WESPs and ammonia desulfurization systems,which has a significant effect on preventing aerosol forming caused by ammonia desulfurization.But their effect on ammonia escaping control still needs to be updated.
