摘要:

2017年,燃煤电厂消除石膏雨及有色烟羽受到社会广泛关注,河北、天津及江苏等地相继出台大气污染物排放标准,明确提出通过采取相应技术降低烟气温度及含湿量,减少可溶性盐及SO3等可凝结颗粒物的排放。以江苏某电厂630MW机组烟气消白改造项目为研究对象,调取该机组20172018年间的历史运行数据,采用正态分布的统计方法,分析了该电厂煤质水分及吸收塔入口烟温、出口烟温出现的概率分布,确定了项目改造的设计参数。

Abstract: Since 2017,the treatment on gypsum rain and wet plume from coalfired power plants have attracted a lot of public attention. Hebei, Tianjin, Jiangsu and other districts published emission standards of air pollutants, and corresponding techniques have been taken to lower the temperature and moisture content of flue gas, and reduce the emission of condensable particles such as soluble salts and SO3.Taking a 630MW coalfired unit in a Jiangsu power plant as the research object, its historical data from 2017 to 2018 were obtained and analyzed with normal distribution statistical method. The coal moisture content and the probability distribution of the smoke temperature at the inlet and outlet of the absorption tower were analyzed, and the design parameters of the project were determined.
