摘要: 煤炭梯级利用是煤炭高效清洁利用的重要途径之一。低阶煤经过热解后所产生的固体副产品半焦约占原煤质量的50%~70%,蕴含了原煤80%左右的能量。实现半焦的清洁高效利用是煤炭梯级利用的关键一步。综述了目前半焦在我国工业化领域中的利用情况及存在的问题,分析了半焦作为清洁燃料大规模燃烧对实现低阶煤梯级利用的必要性,对半焦清洁高效燃烧的技术研究进展进行了总结,为今后该领域的研究提供参考。

Abstract: Cascade utilization is one of the important methods for coal´s efficient and clean utilization. Semi-coke,a byproduct made from low-rank coal in pyrolysis,accounts for about 50% to 70% mass of raw coal and contains about 80% of the energy in raw coal. Thus,the clean and efficient utilization of semi-coke is a key to the cascade utilization of coal. Summarizing the current problems of semi-coke applied in China´s industries,the necessity to realize cascade utilization of low-rank coal by large-scale and clean combustion of semi-coke was analyzed,and the research progress on existed clean and efficient combustion technology of semi-coke was concluded.It provide a reference for future research in this field.
