摘要： 设备是发电企业进行生产活动的物质基础，它的改进对于企业增强竞争力，降低维护和检修成本，保证电力生产的安全连续生产，将会起到至关重要的作用。因此，加强科学的设备管理是确保设备正常运行、提高经济效益的重要保证。一般来说，设备管理的主要内容包括设备的前期管理、设备的后期管理和运行设备的使用、维护、保养、检修与设备更新。介绍了在设备可靠性管理及设备检修管理３种管理模式基础上的分层次法的设备管理方法。

Abstract: Equipments are the material base of production activities for power generation enterprises, and the improvement of equipment management will play a vital role in increase of enterprise competitive strength, reducing the cost of maintenance and safety, continuous production. Therefore, strengthening scientific equipment management is an important guarantee for equipment normal operation and good economic benefit. Generally, the main contents of equipment management includes fore period management, later period management and equipment using, maintenance, overhaul and updating. The hierarchical equipment management methods were described in detail which were proposed based on the three management mode of equipment reliability management and equipment maintenance management.
