连续电解除盐模块的化学清洗工艺

摘要: 华能河南中原燃气发电有限公司连续电解除盐模块运行4年后,产水电阻率下降到5MΩ·cm且出水中SiO2质量浓度达到了120μg/L,已不能满足生产要求。使用1.8%HCl,1.0%NaOH和5.0%NaCl的混合液分别对其进行了清洗,经过数天调试后恢复正常, #1, #2连续电解除盐模块产水电阻率分别达到18.26MΩ·cm和17.30MΩ·cm,效果非常理想。

Abstract: After the continuous electrodeionization modules of Huaneng Henan Zhongyuan Gas Power Generation Company Limited operated for 4 years, the resistivity of the produced water decreased to 5MΩ·cm, and the mass concentration of SiO2 in the produced water increased to 120μg/L, so the produced water can not meet the production requirement already. Using the mixed liquids of 1.8%HCl,1.0%NaOH and 5.0%NaCl, the electrodeionization modules were cleaned respectively. Through debugging for several days, the function of the modules returned to normal; and the resistivity of produced water of the electrodeionization modules No.1 and No.2 increased to 18.26MΩ·cm and 17.30MΩ·cm respectively, which are very ideal results.
