摘要:AP1000核电站重型屏蔽门作为核岛各厂房之间的安全屏蔽通道,具有门体尺寸大、安装精度高、吊装空间受限等特点。采用模拟吊装、设计配套工装等方式形成了双门同时跨障碍吊装、室内外无着力点联合吊装等非常规化施工方案,顺利实现了重型屏蔽门的现场安装。该施工方案适用于室内空间受限、存在吊装障碍的核电站重型后装屏蔽门的吊装。

Abstract:

Abstract:AP1000 nuclear power plant shielding gate is equipped as safety shielded tunnel between houses of nuclear island,but struggled with big gate size,high installation precision,restricted installation space.Simulating lifting & erection and special designed installation equipment and other measures was adopted.And two gates over barrier simultaneously erection,outdoor non support joint lifting and other unconventional erection plan was carried out.Heavy duty shielding gate erection was realized.This erection plan is appropriate for the erection of nuclear power plant post construction erecting type heavy duty shielding gates with restricted space,lifting failure.
