摘要:浙江北仑电厂#1锅炉用HP983型磨煤机于1991年投运,近年来由于煤质变差和机组供热量日益增加等诸多因素,造成磨煤机出力增加,减速机超负荷运行,出现个别齿轮损坏,推力瓦温度升高等问题为此电厂提出减速机扩容改造的问题。通过解体一台减速机,分析齿轮损坏和推力瓦温升的原因,测绘零件参数,改进设计,提高其强度和使用性能,为电厂磨机减速机扩容改造找到了有效方法。

Abstract:Zhejiang Beilun Power Plant unit No.1 was put into operation in 1991. Due to worse coal condition and increasing heat load, pulverizer load was increased accordingly. Which caused reducer overload, gear damage, thrust pad temperature rise and other problems. Thus the power plant planned to extend pulverizer capacity. After disassembled one reducer and analyzed gear damage, parts characteristics was outlined, improvement plan was made. 
