摘要：以焦作丹河电厂异地扩建工程为例，结合项目所处地理位置、在电网中的地位及电厂外部启动备用电源引接条件等，提出了4个方案。通过技术和经济上的比较，确定了最优方案。

Abstract:

Abstract:This paper took Jiaozuo Danhe Power Plant extension project as example, combined with site location, position in grid and outside start/backup power tapping condition, four tapping plans were indicated. By technical and economic comparison, the best plan was confirmed. 
