摘要：

无锡西区燃气热电有限公司9F燃气轮机进气过滤系统滤网压差在短时间内快速增长至报警值，通过分析原设计存在的问题，提出了提高粗滤过滤精度、升级精滤滤料、改动油烟排烟口等措施。改造后，过滤系统运行良好，降低了运行维护成本，提高了机组的安全性和稳定性，经济效益显著。

Abstract:

In Wuxi Western Gas Thermal Power Company Limited, the filter differential pressure of a 9F gas turbine inlet filtration system increased rapidly to the alarming limit in a short period. Analyzing the problems existing in the original design, it puts forward a set of measures which includes improving coarse filtration precision, upgrading fine filter’s filtering material and change outlet of exhausting gas. After the transformation, the filtration system works well, which reduces the operation and maintenance cost, improves the safety and stability of the unit and obtains remarkable economic benefits.
