摘要:

某电厂化水车间反渗透前置过滤器由于原水水质原因,易污堵,滤芯更换频繁,运行成本高,同时易加速后续反渗透膜的污堵并抑制反渗透产水量。优化布置反渗透前置过滤系统后,运行结果表明:该前置过滤系统有效降低了滤芯更换频率和运行成本、减少检修工作强度、增加滤芯过滤器的周期滤水量;同时避免了更换滤芯时反渗透系统被迫停运的状况发生,保证除盐水的连续充足供给,提高了反渗透系统的经济性和安全性。

Abstract:

In a chemical water workshop of a power plant,the pretreatment filter of reverse osmosis is easy to be blocked due to the original water quality. The filter cartridge is replaced frequently and the operation costs is high. Furthermore, pretreatment filter blocks are easy to accelerate the pollution and plugging speed of the reverse osmosis membrane and inhibit water yield. After optimizing the reverse osmosis prefiltration system, the results show that the optimized system effectively reduce the frequency of filter replacement, running cost, maintenance work intensity and increase the periodical water yield. Meanwhile, the system can be effectively avoided from suspending of osmosis system while changing the filter cartridge, which ensures the continuous and adequate supply of demineralized water. The economy and safety of reverse osmosis system are improved.
