摘要:

湖北华电西塞山发电有限公司一期输煤系统由于设备老化,运行期间转运站内粉尘浓度大,料点不正导致皮带跑偏、洒料,粉尘浓度严重超标,随着煤炭来源的变化,原有输煤系统工艺流程严重制约生产作业效率。通过转运站改造优化输煤工艺流程,同时采用曲线落煤管和抑尘导料槽技术等对转运站内输煤系统设备进行优化改造,增加粉尘浓度自动监测及治理系统,通过实时数据分析启动降尘设备等方式、方法降低转运站内粉尘浓度,改善了作业环境,提高了输送效率,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:

Due to the aging of the coal handling system in the first stage of Hubei Huadian Xisaishan Power Generation Company Limited, the concentration of dust in the transfer station is quite high during the operation. The deviation of the belt, scattering of coal and the excessive concentration of dust are resulted from impropriate feeding point. With the change of the source of coal, the original coal handling system process seriously constraints the efficiency of production. Optimization is performed on coal handling process through reforming the transfer station, and optimizing the coal handling system equipment by using the curving coal dropping pipe and dust suppression guide trough at the same time. An automatic dust concentration monitoring and controlling system are added. The dust concentration in the transfer station can be reduced by methods such as utilizing the dustreducing equipment, which is analyzed by realtime data. Methods improve the working environment, improve the transportation efficiency, and obtain good economic and social benefits.
