摘要:

高背压供热作为一种高效供热形式,能够最大限度地回收汽轮机的冷源损失。介绍了高背压供热的原理,并以喀什热电2×350MW超临界间接空冷机组高背压改造为例,介绍了间接空冷超临界机组高背压改造的主要内容,同时现场进行了各主要工况试验,并依据试验数据对机组效益进行分析,证明高背压供热能够有效减低机组发电煤耗,具有较大推广价值。

Abstract:

High back pressure heating is a highefficiency heating method that can recover the cold source loss of steam turbines to the utmost extent. The principle of high back pressure heating is introduced. Taking the high back pressure transformation of 2×350MW supercritical intercooling units in Kashi Thermal Power as an example, the main contents of high back pressure reform on supercritical intercooling units are introduced. At the same time, tests under the main working conditions are carried out. Analyzing the efficiency based on the testing data,it is proved that the high back pressure heating can effectively reduce the coal consumption of the unit, which is of great promotion value.
