摘要:

采用二次再热技术的大型火电机组的结构和工艺流程有所改进,使得机组的整体控制变得更为复杂。为提高二次再热机组高压加热器系统的回热效率,在介绍世界首台1000MW超超临界二次再热机组高压加热器系统结构的基础上,根据机组的实际运行情况对高压加热器水位调节和保护控制策略进行了优化,为二次再热机组的安全、可靠运行提供了保障。

Abstract:

The structure and process of large thermal power units with secondary reheat technology have been improved, which makes the overall control of the unit more complicated. In order to improve the regenerative efficiency of the highpressure heater system of the secondary reheat unit, based on the structure of the world’s first 1000MW ultrasupercritical secondary reheat unit highpressure heater system, the water level of the highpressure heater is adjusted and protection control strategy has been optimized according to the actual operation. The safety and reliable operation of the secondary reheat unit are secured.
