630MW超临界锅炉启动初期给水流量控制的探索

摘要:

某发电公司在机组启动初期(机组并网前),需平稳控制锅炉受热面的温升,保证锅炉过热器壁温可控、过热汽温不超温。锅炉过热器温升变化较大或超温会造成氧化皮大面积地脱落,可能导致启动1周内锅炉过热器管因氧化皮的脱落而超温爆管。退出锅炉给水流量低保护、将锅炉给水流量控制在350~574t/h之间,可有效地解决上述爆管问题。

Abstract:

At initial stage of boiler startup (before grid connecting),the temperature rise of boiler heating surface has to be controlled, the superheater surface temperature has to be controllable, and superheat steam temperature should be controlled.Large piece of oxide scale will fall off because of large variation of superheater temperature or overtemperature. The fallen oxide scale will block the superheater within one week after the boiler startup,which could cause overtemperature and tube burst. Disengaging the boiler feed water lowflow protection and controlling the feed water flow between 350~574t/h can effectively solve the problem of frequent burst pipe in boilers.
