摘要:

以LM2500+G4型燃机联合循环分布式能源系统为研究对象,通过增大余热锅炉尾部的省煤器换热面面积的方式提高低温烟气余热的回收率,配置水-水换热器和蓄热水罐进行热水存储。针对3种余热利用量和3种外输模式,设计了9种烟气余热外供生活热水的系统配置方案,并在固定热水或自来水价格时,分别对其经济性进行分析。9种方案投资回收期均在1~3年内,且有良好的经济性。在外输模式不变的情况下,余热利用量越大,系统经济性越好,在余热利用量不变的情况下,储水时间越短,系统经济性越好。

Abstract:

Taking LM2500+G4 gas turbine combined cycle distributed energy system as a research object, the heat of low temperature flue gas is absorbed by expanded heat exchange surface at the tail of the waste heat boiler. And the waterwater heat exchanger and the hot water storage tank are arranged for hot water storage. There are 9 configuration schemes for domestic hot water supplying system using flue gas waste heat, according to 3 waste heat utilization amounts and 3 kinds of transmission modes.Their economical characteristics are analyzed under certain hot water or tap water price level. The investment recovery period of 9 configuration schemes are all between 1~3 years, which are of good economy. With unchanged water transmission mode, the more waste heat is utilized, the better system economy will be. And with constant waste heat utilization, the shorter water storage time is, the better system economy will be.
