摘要:

通过对某火电机组锅炉二次风量取样管路进行改造,增加带控制回路的反吹扫装置,实现取样管路远程在线反吹扫功能,解决取样管路堵塞影响测量的问题,提高680MW机组锅炉二次风量测量的准确性,保障锅炉燃烧的经济性。

Abstract:

Through the sampling pipeline transformation of boiler secondary air quantity in a thermal power unit, an antipurge device with control loop is added, to realize the remote online antipurging function of the sampling pipeline. It solves sampling pipeline blockage during measuring, improves the measuring accuracy of boiler secondary air quantity of 680MW units, and ensures the economy of combustion.
