摘要:

面对泰国L风电工程工期紧、合同条款苛刻、边界条件复杂、属地化采购等诸多不利因素,要求采购团队和设计团队随时沟通,设计前移势在必行。在泰国现场设计的过程中,传统设计模式表现出诸多不适应性。通过与项目管理团队的合作,借鉴科学的管理方法,积极完善设计流程,调整与工程参建各方的交流方式,最终风电机组已于201712月全部投产并网发电。研究可为同类EPC总承包工程设计管理提供指导方法。

Abstract:

In view of the unfavorable factors such as the tight schedule, harsh contract terms, complicated boundary conditions and localized procurement of L wind power project in Thailand, the procurement team and the design team are required to communicate at any time, which asks for bringing forward the designing. In the process of onsite designing in Thailand, the traditional design pattern shows a lot of incompatibility.Through the sincere cooperation with the project management team, drawing on scientific management methods, we actively improved the design process, and adjusted the communication methods with all parties involved in the project. Finally, the wind turbines were put into operation  in December 2017. The research can provide a reference for the design of similar EPC projects.
