摘要:

针对某电厂1000MW超超临界锅炉点火、并网至满负荷后,高温过热器出现爆管泄漏事故,通过金相检验及内窥镜检查等进行原因分析、排查,确定本次爆管原因,并制定相关防范对策,对防止同类型超超临界锅炉高温过热器爆管、保证锅炉安全运行具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。

Abstract:

For a 1000MW ultrasupercritical boiler after ignition and gridconnected to full load in a plant,  there was a leakage accident due to the blasting pipe in high temperature superheater. Through metallographic examination, cause analysis and orifice inspectation, the reason for the tube burst in high temperature superheater is determined and relevant countermeasure is made, which has certain reference and guiding significance for the same type supercritical boiler in preventing tube bust and safe operation.
