摘要:

研究了电化学技术在循环水系统运行中的应用效果。通过对比试验研究发现,电化学装置运行能够有效降低循环水的硬度和化学需氧量(COD)并具有较好地杀菌灭藻效果,适度降低氯离子含量,从而使循环水浓缩倍率得到提升,节水效果明显。电化学处理装置的运行可以减少循环水系统杀菌剂以及阻垢剂、缓蚀剂的用量,有效降低系统运行的药剂成本。

Abstract:

The effects of electrochemical technology on circulating water treatment system were studied. By comparison test,we find electrochemical equipment can effectively decrease the hardness and COD of circulating water, and is great bactericide and algicide. It can also moderately reduce Cl- concentration, achieving a higher circulating water concentration multiples and significant water saving. Moreover, the electrochemical equipment can reduce the dose of sterilizing agent, scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor in circulating water treatment system, which can effectively reduce the cost of the system.
