摘要:

为充分挖掘1000MW二次再热机组凝结水泵变频运行的节能潜力,通过分析,指出制约凝结水泵深度变频的主要因素是汽动给水泵密封水压力低,提出了增加汽动给水泵密封水增压泵并优化运行逻辑的改造方案。凝结水泵进行深度变频改造后,除氧器水位调节阀开度增大,节流损失下降,凝结水泵电流和转速得到进一步下降,节能效果明显。

Abstract:

In order to fully exploit the energysaving potential in a condensate pump during frequency conversion operation of a 1000MW secondary reheating unit,it is pointed out that the main factor restricting the deep frequency conversion of condensate pump is the low sealing water pressure of team turbinedriven feedwater pump.By adding sealing water boost pumps the turbinedriven feedwater pumthe operation logic can be optimized.After the deep frequency conversion transformation for condensate pump,the opening degree of the deaerator water regulating valve further increases,throttling loss decreases,the current and rotation speed of condensate pump drops.Energy is saved effectively.
