摘要:

高参数汽轮机在部分负荷下配汽特性会影响机组运行的经济性和轴系的稳定性。结合某600MW超临界机组的配汽方式调整试验,研究机组配汽特性,寻求最佳阀序控制方式,获得最优配汽方式下负荷与主蒸汽调节阀开度关系曲线。试验结果表明,通过合理调整机组配汽方式,在不停机条件下能够有效消除自激振动,提高轴系稳定性。研究结果可为同类型机组故障处理及优化运行提供指导。

Abstract:

Highparameter steam turbinessteam distribution characteristics affect their operating economy and shaft stability under partial loads. Analyzing the steam distribution adjustment test of a 600MW supercritical unit, its steam distribution characteristics are studied. An optimal valve sequence, and the relationship between the load with optimal steam distribution mode and the opening degree of the main steam regulating valve are obtained. The results show that adjusting the steam distribution mode can effectively eliminate the selfexcited vibration  and improve the shafting stability without shutdown the machine. The research results can provide guidance for fault handling and optimized operation.
