液柱喷射与雾化喷淋协同脱硫节能方案探讨

摘要:

为实现脱硫系统喷淋层的节能运行,提出了将喷淋层改造为液柱喷射与雾化喷淋协同脱硫的方案,拆除底部2层喷淋层,在旋汇耦合层上部布置2层液柱喷射层,通过变频浆液循环泵控制浆液喷射流量。改造后不仅降低了烟气阻力,而且实现了浆液循环量的线性调节与自动控制,节能效果明显。

Abstract:

To realize the energysaving operation of desulfurization system, a new scheme for cooperative desulfurization with liquid column injection and atomization spray  was proposed.After removing 2 spray layers at bottom and adding 2 liquid column injection layers over the rotating coupling layer, slurry injection flow could be controlled by variablefrequency circulation pump.The scheme reduced the resistance of flue gas , and realized the linear adjustment and automatic control on the slurry circulation flow, which is of great energysaving effect.
