摘要:

励磁系统应有完善的电压互感器(PT)断线判断功能,防止励磁系统过励磁导致的发电机组跳闸。UN 5000励磁系统原有的PT断线逻辑存在不足,励磁系统无法迅速识别PT慢熔等异常情况,导致励磁系统过励磁。通过外接PT断线检测装置或在软件内部搭建PT慢熔逻辑等改造方案能够消除该隐患,并提高发电机组运行的可靠性。

Abstract:

An excitation system should provide complete judgment function for PT disconnection to prevent the generator set tripping caused by excitation system overexcitation. Since the shortcomings of the original PT disconnection logic of  UN 5000 excitation system, there are hidden dangers of overexcitation in excitation system caused by PT slow melting.By attaching an external detection device for PT disconnection or setting up a PT slowmelting logic inside the software,  the hidden danger  caused by PT slow melting can be eliminated, and the reliability of generator sets can be improved.
