摘要:

选择性催化还原(SCR)蜂窝脱硝催化剂挤出时受到的影响因素较多,为探索催化剂模具关键参数对挤出过程的影响,应用ANSYS Fluent软件模拟催化剂挤出过程中的流场,重点分析了模具凸台、进料孔、缝宽等主要参数的影响,可为催化剂挤出模具的设计提供一种思路。

Abstract:

Selective catalytic reduction(SCR)honeycomb denitrification catalyst is subject to many factors while extrusion. In order to explore the key parameters affecting the extrusion of catalyst mold, flow field simulation during the extrusion process of catalyst is made by ANSYS Fluent. The influence of main parameters such as mold boss, feed hole and slit width are analyzed, which provide an idea for the design of catalyst extrusion mold.
