摘要:

燃煤电厂烟气脱硫广泛使用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫技术,但湿法脱硫技术产生的脱硫废水具有高盐、重金属、成分复杂、腐蚀性和结垢性等特点,是火电厂最难处理的废水之一。对湿法脱硫废水的来源、特征、传统处理及回收利用方式、脱硫废水零排放技术的主要工艺路线研究及应用现状进行了介绍,并对下一步脱硫废水零排放技术的研究方向进行了展望。认为脱硫废水零排放技术路线应根据电厂的水质、水量等情况,一厂一策选择最佳的工艺路线,旁路烟气蒸发技术已具有较强的应用和经济优势,为实现脱硫废水的资源化利用和低成本处理技术研究提供了方向。

Abstract:

Limestonegypsum wet desulfurization technology was widely used in the flue gas desulfurization process of coalfired power plants, but the desulfurization waste water produced in the process is of high salinity, heavy metal, complex composition, corrosivity and is vulnerable to scale. It is one of the most difficulttreated waste water from thermal power plants.Resourcescharacteristicstraditional treatments and reusing methods of  desulfurization waste water were described.The main technical route and application status of desulfurization waste water zeroemission were introduced, and so did its research direction in the future. It was considered that an optimum desulfurization waste water zeroemission technical route for a power plant should be designed based on its water quality and quantity.Bypass flue duct gas evaporation technology is applied well and of economic advantages, which provides a direction for desulfurization waste water recycling and lowcost treatment.
