摘要: 摘 要:本文以燃煤电厂生产过程中产生的脱硫废水为研究对象,探讨采用机械雾化蒸发技术处理脱硫废水。首先,本文从理论上论述了现有自然蒸发技术的不足,继而分析了自然蒸发与一些强化蒸发手段结合的途径,最终发现机械雾化蒸发技术可以有效处理脱硫废水。目前机械雾化蒸发技术在燃煤电厂脱硫废水处理、煤化工废水处理等领域均有应用案例,取得了一定的成效,但也存在某些不足,今后应改进存在的问题,使机械雾化蒸发真正成为低成本的零排放技术。

Abstract: This article takes the desulfurization wastewater produced during the production process of coal-fired power plants as the research object, and discusses the use of mechanical atomization evaporation technology to treat desulfurization wastewater. First of all, this paper theoretically discusses the shortcomings of the existing natural evaporation technology, then analyzes the combination of natural evaporation and some enhanced evaporation methods, and finally finds that the mechanical atomization evaporation technology can effectively treat desulfurization wastewater. At present, the mechanical atomization evaporation technology has been applied in the fields of desulfurization wastewater treatment of coal-fired power plants and coal chemical wastewater treatment, and has achieved certain results, but there are also some shortcomings. The existing problems should be improved in the future to make mechanical atomization evaporation Truly a low-cost zero-emission technology.
