欧洲大型燃煤锅炉耦合生物质发电技术介绍

摘要: 燃煤锅炉耦合生物质燃烧发电技术是解决燃煤电厂CO2减排的有效措施之一,并在欧洲得到了广泛应用。本文调研了荷兰、芬兰、英国等欧洲国家的大型燃煤锅炉耦合生物质技术,详细介绍了大型燃煤锅炉耦合生物质燃烧发电技术在欧洲的发展情况及典型电厂,并总结了欧洲大型燃煤锅炉耦合生物质发电主要技术路线。指出了英国是目前世界上大型燃煤锅炉耦合生物质发电技术应用最成熟的国家,提出了大型燃煤锅炉耦合生物质发电技术将是“十三五”燃煤发电机组技术发展的主要技术之一,国内应重点开展该技术的研发。结论是生物质耦合燃烧比例分别为15%和40%的技术路线是比较适合于我国未来大型燃煤锅炉耦合生物质发电技术主要技术路线,进而对技术发展提出了建议。

Abstract: The biomass co-combustion technology in coal-fired boilers, which has been widely used in Europe, is among the effective measures to reduce CO2 emission of coal-fired power plants. This paper investigates the biomass co-combustion technology in large coal-fired boilers in European countries such as the Netherlands, Finland, and the United Kingdom, details the development of this technology and some typical power plants in Europe, and summarizes the main technical routes. We point out that, all over the world, UK has the most mature technology in the application of biomass co-combustion in large coal-fired boilers. And the biomass co-combustion in large coal-fired boilers is proposed as a main technique to be developed during 13th Five-Year Plan and should focused on the relative research in China. According to analysis of technology application in Europe, it is concluded that the technical routes about 15% and 40% biomass co-combustion are adaptive for biomass co-combustion in large coal-fired boilers in China. And more suggestion on development of this technology is also proposed.
