大数据背景下的智能配电网运营管理方法研究

摘要: 如今,智能配电网外延发展,其具有分布式电源大量接入、支持用户需求互动等新特征,运营管理也变得更为复杂。与此同时,大数据技术蓬勃发展,其对提高智能配电网运营管理水平能起到重要的指导作用。因此,有必要结合大数据技术发展前沿,研究智能配电网运营管理方法。该文首先论述了大数据技术在智能配电网中的应用价值,然后从数据预处理、配电网网损管理、配电网状态估计、配电网健康度评估等四个方面着手,系统地探析了大数据技术在智能配电网运营管理的潜在应用场景,最后阐述了大数据背景下的智能配电网网络安全问题及其防护策略。 该文研究的应用场景较为新颖和有效,研究成果有助于构建基于大数据技术的智能配电网运营管理体系。

Abstract: Nowadays, with the extension development of the smart distribution network, it has new characteristics such as large quantities of distributed power access and support for users demand interaction, so operation and management of smart distribution network becomes more complex. Meanwhile, big data technology is booming and has an important guiding role in improving the operation and management level of smart distribution network. Therefore, it is necessary to study the smart distribution network operation and management methods of applying big data technology. This paper first discusses the application value of big data technology in smart distribution network, then systematically analyzes these potential application values from four aspects: data preprocessing, distribution network loss management, state estimation and smart distribution network health degree evaluation. Finally, this paper expounds the network security problems and the corresponding protection measures in the context of big data. The application scenarios studied in this paper are novel and effective, and the research results are helpful for building smart distribution network operation and management system based on big data technique.
