To realize the national energy strategy of "carbon neutrality" and "carbon peak", hydrogen production technology from green energy sources such as photovoltaic/wind power is one of the important supporting forces. Nevertheless, unlike traditional power sources, green energy sources such as photovoltaic/wind power have strong volatility, which seriously affects the dynamic adaptability and operational reliability of electrolytic hydrogen production system. To address this technical problem, this paper starts with the overview of the fluctuating operation characteristics of wind/photovoltaic and wind-complementary power sources, and then elaborates the principle of electrolytic hydrogen production and comparative analysis of its technical economy, focusing on the top-level design in three aspects, including system optimization configuration, operation process stability control and high-efficiency life extension control, so as to effectively guarantee the safe, stable and economic operation of electrolytic hydrogen production system for wind-solar fluctuating power sources, with a view to providing a better solution for the benign development of wind-solar-hydrogen industry chain.

The rapid growth of social electricity consumption has brought many challenges to the power system, and the increasingly serious environmental problems have also made it urgent for the power sector to introduce clean energy and an efficient mitigation measure. This paper considers the existence of hydrogen production equipment on the power demand side, and discusses the multi-objective collaborative optimization of monthly unit commitment and maintenance under the carbon emission trading mechanism. In addition, this paper combines the theory of deep reinforcement learning to flexibly control the shrink-expansion parameter in the multi-objective quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization algorithm, which improves the optimization efficiency of the algorithm. The simulation results under the IEEE 118-bus system show that the improved algorithm has better solving effect than the traditional algorithms; The objective of nodal price stability of the multi-objective collaborative optimization model exceeds the single-objective model by about 10%, the objective of system reliability is about 30% better than the single-objective model, the objective of line safety margin is also significantly better than the single-objective model, it can be fully explained that the multi-objective optimization model established in this paper can find a scheduling solution that takes account of multiple indicators.

However, the energy conversion efficiency from solar energy to chemical energy is unsatisfactory today. This article starts from the aspects of oxide pairs, reactor design, system optimization, etc., and focuses on the analysis of the factors that affect the conversion efficiency of solar energy to chemical energy. In terms of materials, we focus on summarizing the development history of oxide pairs, and pointing out the importance of DFT and machine learning methods in oxide pairs screening. Under the partial shading condition (PSC), the power-voltage (PV) characteristic output curve of photovoltaic system will have multiple peak points. In order to solve this problem, the traditional maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm is no longer applicable because it is easy to fall into the local optimal point and has poor stability.In order to achieve maximum power point tracking under partial shadow shadowing, a dynamic surrogate model based optimization (DSMO) method for photovoltaic system is designed in this paper. Based on the dynamic agent model, greedy search is used to accelerate convergence. In this paper, the practicability and superiority of the method are evaluated by three examples, including constant temperature and constant light intensity start-up experiment, constant temperature light intensity step change and variable temperature light intensity. Compared with ant colony algorithm (ASO), gray wolf optimizer (GWO), perturbation and observation method (P&O) and particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO), the DSMO method proposed in this paper can quickly and stably generate more energy and smaller power fluctuation in the photovoltaic system under partial shading conditions.

In order to predict the performance of the air-cooling power plant unit timely and accurately, this paper introduces the big data analysis method based on machine learning. In this paper, a load forecasting model based on BP Neural Network and Random Forest algorithm are established for a 600 MW Air-cooled thermal power unit. Through the comparative analysis of the prediction results and the sensitivity analysis of the models, it shows that the Random Forest prediction model has the advantages of high precision, strong generalization ability and high calculating speed. Finally, characteristic parameter selection and load condition classification are used to optimize the Random Forest model. The work of this paper may offer some reference and gist for research on real-time big data analysis of the power plant.

Study on performance of solar seasonal storage heating system

A solar seasonal storage heating (SSSH) system for an office building in a severe cold area of Zhangjiakou is studied in this paper, The start/stop control conditions of heat collection (heat storage), heating performance and ground temperature change are analyzed. The experimental results show that the heat collection efficiency decreases with the increase of the start/stop temperature difference of heat collection, and the heat collection efficiency and storage efficiency decrease with the increase of start-up temperature of heat storage. The simulation results show that with the increase of start-up temperature, stop temperature or start-up/stop temperature difference, the efficiency of heat collection (heat storage) will decrease, while the energy efficiency ratio of heat collection (heat storage) cycle will increase. When the starting temperature of thermal storage increases by 1鈩�, the heat collection efficiency and storage efficiency decrease by 0.7% and 0.3% on average; When the start/stop temperature difference increases by 1 鈩�, the heat collection efficiency decreases by 1.7%, while the energy efficiency ratio of heat collection cycle increases by 2.0%. Study and application of intelligent dispatch technology of steam heating network in industrial park

With the continuous promotion of 鈥渞etreat from city into park鈥� policy and the rapid development of the steam heating network in industrial park, the complexity of dispatching heating network has exceeded the capability of quick response and judgment by human experience. To solve this problem, this paper firstly proposes an overall technical scheme of optimal scheduling based on intelligent heating system of steam heating network in industrial park. Secondly, a digital twin topology network model corresponding to the actual heating network is established, and a simulation calculation method of steam heating network is proposed as the prediction and analysis basis of optimal dispatch. Finally, this paper takes a large-scale steam heating network in a printing and dyeing park in Zhejiang Province as research object. In the case of shutting down a heat source, the operation results based on empirical dispatching method and intelligent dispatching method are compared. The results show that the intelligent heating technology accurately realizes the optimal dispatch of the steam heating network in the park. After the optimal dispatch, the maximum deviation between the expected temperature of the dispatch scheme and the actual temperature of the heating network is 2.27%, while the maximum deviation of the pressure is 8.57%. Meanwhile, the empirical dispatching method results in the average pressure drop of user-end steam in the whole network is 0.14 MPa, while that is 0.07MPa under optimal dispatch, which effectively reduce the adverse impact of dispatching scheme on the quality of user-end steam consumption. The results indicate that intelligent heating technology has excellent development potential and application value in the industrial park.

Characteristics of devolatilization release and nitrogen transformation in mixture of semi coke and bituminous coal

In order to apply semi coke to pulverized coal boiler in large proportion and reduce NOx emission, the characteristics of devolatilization release and nitrogen conversion after mixing bituminous coal and semi coke in different proportion are studied by using tube furnace bolier. The results show that under certain temperature, the release rate of devolatilization is related to the mixing proportion and the residence time in the furnace. The release rate of devolatilization decreases with the increase of the mixing proportion of semi coke, and increases with the increase of residence time. The maximum release rate of devolatilization is greater than the industrial analysis value. At the same time, with the increase of the blending proportion of semi coke, the coke nitrogen of the mixed fuel shows an upward trend, and the volatile nitrogen shows a downward trend. As the core of denitration system, the performance of SCR catalyst directly affects the denitration efficiency of the system, but in the actual operation process, the catalyst will be slowly inactivated, and the catalyst life determines the operation cost of denitration system. On-line prediction of SCR catalyst life can help the power plant grasp the deactivation degree and remaining service life of the catalyst in time, which is conducive to improving the economy and stability of the system. According to the actual change of ammonia nitrogen mole ratio during the reaction, an on-line evaluation method of SCR catalyst life is proposed in this paper. By analyzing the physical and chemical properties and some operation data of SCR catalyst in a coal-fired power plant, an on-line prediction curve of SCR catalyst life is drawn, and the accuracy of the evaluation method is verified.

Research of Grid-connection and Stand-alone Integrated PV-Storage Power System Based on DC Grid Connection

In order to solve the stability problem of grid-connected inverters under the condition of weak power grid, a grid-connection and stand-alone integrated PV-storage power system based on low-voltage DC distribution network is proposed. The system includes photovoltaic components, energy storage, DC distribution grid, AC & DC loads and multiple power converters. According to the three-level energy management strategy of photovoltaic, energy storage and distribution grid, the system is divided into four working states: 1)stand-alone state with photovoltaic power generation; 2)grid-connected operation with photovoltaic power generation; 3)stand-alone state with energy storage power supply; 4)grid-connected operation with grid power supply. The simulation of each working condition in Matlab/Simulink verifies the correctness of the proposed system.
