摘要: SCR催化剂作为脱硝系统的核心,其性能直接影响着系统的脱硝效率,但在实际运行过程中催化剂会缓慢失活,催化剂的寿命决定着脱硝系统的运行成本。对SCR催化剂寿命进行在线预测,使电厂及时掌握催化剂的失活程度和剩余使用寿命,有利于提高该系统的经济性和稳定性。本论文根据反应期间氨氮摩尔比的实际变化情况,提出了SCR催化剂寿命在线评估方法;通过对某电厂SCR催化剂的物化性能和部分运行数据进行分析,绘制出SCR催化剂的寿命在线预测曲线,并验证了该评估方法的准确性。

Abstract: As the core of denitration system, the performance of SCR catalyst directly affects the denitration efficiency of the system, but in the actual operation process, the catalyst will be slowly inactivated, and the catalyst life determines the operation cost of denitration system. On-line prediction of SCR catalyst life can help the power plant grasp the deactivation degree and remaining service life of the catalyst in time, which is conducive to improving the economy and stability of the system. According to the actual change of ammonia nitrogen mole ratio during the reaction, an on-line evaluation method of SCR catalyst life is proposed in this paper. By analyzing the physical and chemical properties and some operation data of SCR catalyst in a coal-fired power plant, an on-line prediction curve of SCR catalyst life is drawn, and the accuracy of the evaluation method is verified.
