摘要: 江苏华电扬州发电有限公司330MW机组循环冷却水采用敞开式闭路循环系统,其循环冷却水处理系统选择合适的方式与控制参数,对做好发电厂节能减排经济工作有着非常重要的意义。通过对江苏华电扬州发电有限公司循环冷却水处理中阻垢、缓蚀技术的试验研究,总结出了适合该厂的循环水处理的最佳控制条件,实现了不结垢、不腐蚀的安全目标,降低了运行消耗,保证循环水排水水质达标。

Abstract: The open closedloop cycle system is adopted for 300MW unit circulating cooling water in Jiangsu Huadian Yangzhou Power Generation Corporation Limited.The operation mode and control parameters of its circulating cooling water treatment system are of important significance to energysaving and emission reduction of the power plant. Based on the experimental research of scaling and corrosion inhibition technology in circulating water treatment process of the power plant, the optimal control conditions suitable to the circulating water treatment process of the power plant were found, the security target of operation without scaling and corrosion was realized, the operation consumption was reduced, and the drained water quality of circulating water system was corresponded with relevant standard.
