引风机入口调节挡板卡涩原因分析及处理

摘要: 三河发电有限责任公司采用引风机液力偶合器调速调节降低设备电耗,由于液力偶合器工作油温度高,被迫采用液力偶合器与调节挡板联合调节方式,当调节挡板长时间在小范围内调节时,执行机构严重磨损造成挡板卡涩,在对调节挡板执行机构材质进行更换后,保证了机组正常运行。

Abstract: In order to reduce power consumption, the speed of the induced draft fan of Sanhe Power Generation Corporation Limited is controlled by hydraulic coupling. But the oil temperature of hydraulic coupling was too high, so the combined adjustment mode of hydraulic coupling and regulating damper had been adopted. The regulating damper was adjusted in a smaller range in long time; therefore the actuating element was worn seriously and caused the damper jam. The material of regulating damper actuating element had been replaced, and the unit normal operation was ensured.
