摘要: 国内循环流化床的自动化投入率目前普遍较低,为增强电厂的整体效益和竞争力,对分散控制系统提出了更高的控制要求。但由于循环流化床机组特有的燃烧特性,常规PID控制策略很难实现循环流化床锅炉燃烧自动控制,导致循环流化床锅炉机组的自动投入率低,机炉协调控制根本无法投运。优化控制系统在循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制中的应用,是一种良好的解决途径。
关键词: 优化控制系统XD-APC, 无辨识自适应控制, 循环流化床锅炉, 分散控制系统
Abstract: The availability of automation system of domestic CFB boiler is generally lower. In order to enhance the overall efficiency and competitiveness of power plant, the higher control requirement of DCS had been put forward. Because of the special combustion characteristics of CFB boiler, the conventional PID control strategy will difficultly realize combustion automation control of CFB boiler. This leads the availability of automation system of CFB boiler unit to be lower and turbineboiler coordinated control can basically not be put into operation. In this case, the application of the optimized control system in combustion control of CFB boiler is effective solving way.
