摘要: 介绍了新疆伊犁河流域开发建设管理局恰甫其海水电厂110kV恰河Ⅰ线A相接地,线路保护正确动作,断路器A相拒跳,近后备(母线)保护拒动,远后备(主变压器)保护动作而引起事故扩大的问题。分析了现场人员处理事故时考虑问题不周全而引起试送电失败并再次扩大事故范围的原因。根据保护动作后故障的具体情况,依据保护及故障录波等信息做出了科学的判断,避免了事故扩大化。

Abstract: The Aphase grounding fault of 110kV Qiahe No.1 line in Qiafuqihai Hydropower Station of Xinjiang Ili River Basin Development and Construction Administrative Bureau was occurred. After that, the line protection acted correctly, but Aphase breaker rejected to trip, the local backup protection (bus) rejected to act, and remote backup protection acted and caused accident scope expansion. The accident field operators considered the problems unilaterally, and this leaded trial power transmission to be failure and the accident scope to expand once again. The reason of the accident was analyzed. According to the concrete condition after protection action, and according to the protection and fault record message, a scientific decision was got, and the accident expansion was avoided.
