厂用电快切装置改造

摘要: 湄洲湾电厂厂用电备用电源事故自动切换装置,原设计上采用工作电源开关辅助接点接入备用电源开关合闸回路来实现,由于厂用电切换时间偏长,在厂用电自动切换过程中,多次出现厂用负荷失电事故。介绍了湄洲湾电厂厂用电切换回路的特点,分析和总结了加装ABB SUE3000厂用电快切装置技术改造的经验,改造后试验及切换波形分析表明厂用电切换速度大大加快。

Abstract: In the original design of failure automatic transfer device for standby auxiliary power source in Meizhouwan Power Plant, the transfer was realized by the auxiliary connects of working power source switch which connected to the closing circuit of standby power source. The auxiliary loads outage faults were occurred repeatedly during automatic transfer process due to the long transfer time of the auxiliary power source. The features of auxiliary power supply transfer circuit of Meizhouwan Power Plant were introduced. The experience of transfer circuit technical reformation, which was realized by adding ABB SUE3000 fast transfer device, was analyzed and summarized. The experiment and transfer waveform after reformation show that the auxiliary power supply transfer speed increased remarkably after reformation.
