摘要： 依据长期从事捞渣机设计、生产、使用的经验，分析了捞渣机改造过程中存在的问题，并给出了切实可行的解决方法，供捞渣机改造时参考。

Abstract: Based on the long term experiences in design, manufacture and using of slag conveyors, the problems existing in the retrofit of slag conveyors were analyzed, and the operable treatment methods were presented as a reference to slag conveyor reconstruct.
