摘要: 轴流风机由于其转子结构复杂且转动部件较多,引起喘振的风险较大,造成的危害也相对较大。根据现场的实际情况,分析了风机喘振的原因,采取应对措施后,风机喘振的几率明显降低。

Abstract: Due to complex rotor structure and multiple rotatable parts, there is larger risk of surge for axial flow fan; and the damage caused by the surge is also larger. According to the practical situation of the site, the surging reasons of the fan were analyzed. Some countermeasures were adopted, and the probability of the fan surge was decreased obviously.
