摘要： 介绍了UNS 3020型发电机转子接地保护装置的工作原理，分析了其在电厂实际运用中发生误动的原因，指出了基建调试、日常巡检、大小修所需注意的问题，给出了避免误动作所应采取的具体措施。

Abstract: The principle of UNS 3020 type generator rotor winding earth fault protection device was introduced, and the reason of the occurring protection misoperaion in power plant operation was analyzed. The problems needing attention in commissioning, routine inspection, maintenance and overhaul were pointed out. The concrete measures for avoidance misoperation were given.
