摘要: 对整体式煤气联合循环发电厂气化系统和灰水系统进行了简要介绍,分析了半山整体式煤气联合循环发电示范工程的气化和灰水系统工艺流程,着重论述了多喷嘴对置式水煤浆工艺流程、灰水处理工艺的选择、气化参数的优选、初步净化工序和渣水处理工序。

Abstract: The gasification and ash-water system of integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) power station were introduced in brief. The process flows of the gasification and ash-water system in Banshan IGCC Power Plant were analyzed, the process flow of opposed multi-burner coal-water slurry, the selection of ash-water treatment system, the preference of gasification parameters, the preliminary cleaning procedure and the flushing slag water treatment procedure were the emphases to be discussed in this paper.
