摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着新增脱硫环保项目的不断增加，如何保证大容量机组脱硫设备的稳定运行重要性日益凸显。阐述了邹县电厂三期2×600MW机组、四期2×1000MW机组脱硫增压风机在试运行期间发生的故障，从设计、安装、运行、检修角度分析了故障发生的原因，采取了相应的处理措施，以避免事故的发生。

关键词: 大容量机组, 脱硫增压风机, 常见故障, 分析及处理

Abstract: With the increment of desulphurization projects, how to ensure the stable operating of large capacity desulphurization equipments is getting more attention. Familiar malfunction of the desulphurization booster fan was introduced in view of 2×600 MW units(project iii ) and 2×1000 MW units(project iv) in the Zouxian Power Plant during commissioning. The malfunction problems were analyzed from the design, the installment, the operating and the overhaul. The corresponding processing measures were taken, which avoided the accident.
