大跨度空间网架金属闸门残余应力静载负荷时效试验

摘要: 针对曹娥江大闸挡潮泄洪闸工作闸门大跨度空间网架的特殊门型结构,设计了先进行90d夏季高温曝晒的自然时效,再利用钱塘江小潮汛实施残余应力静载负荷时效的试验。采用盲孔法测量残余应力,跟踪分析自然时效、静载负荷时效的消应效果,实现了门叶整体安全时效。

Abstract: Considering the special structure of space truss metal gate with large span for resisting the tide and discharging the flood in the Caoejiang River, an aging scheme was designed and implemented, in which the space truss metal gate first suffered the natural aging from solarization in the summers sun shine for 90 days; then, using the small tide of the Qiantangjiang River, the gate suffered the aging under static load to eliminate the residual stress. The residual stress was measured by the blind hole method, the residual stress eliminating effects of the natural aging and the static load aging were tracked. So the entire safe aging of the gate leaf was realized.
