摘要: 四川华电攀枝花三维发电有限责任公司2×150MW汽轮机组真空度偏低,导致汽轮机运行的安全性和经济性降低。分析了机组在制造、安装、调试、运行中存在的一些主要问题以及造成机组真空度偏低的因素,有针对性地提出了应对措施,保证机组在合理的背压下安全、经济运行。

关键词: 凝汽器, 真空度, 原因分析, 预防措施

Abstract: The vacuity of the 2×150MW unit of the Sichuan Huadian Panzhihua Sanwei Power Generation Corporation Limited was lower, and this caused the safety and the economical efficiency of the unit operation to be decreased. The problems existed in the manufacturing, the installation, the commissioning and the operation of the unit and the factors causing the vacuity of the unit decreasing were analyzed. The relevant countermeasures were put forward, so it is ensured that the unit operates safely and economically under rational back pressure. 
