摘要: 在湛江奥里油电厂600MW大容量电站锅炉汽包拆除工程中,要求汽包拆除后回用,拆除尺寸约27.0m×4.0m×3.5m(长×宽×高),吊装重量约2400kN。介绍了汽包拆除吊装方案与技术要求,给出了负荷计算、吊装装置设计与强度校核、立柱稳定性校核的方法。方案实施后,顺利完成了吊装任务。

Abstract: In the boiler steam drum dismantlement engineering of the Zhanjiang Orimusion Power Plant, the steam drum is required to be reused after dismantled. The size of the drum is about 27.0m×4.0m×3.5m(length × width × height), the hoisting weight is about 2400kN. The steam drum dismantlement hoisting scheme and the technical requirement were introduced. The methods of load computation, the design of the hoisting equipment, the strength check and the stand column stability check were given. After the scheme was implemented, the hoisting task was finished successfully.
