摘要: 国内以煤作为主要能源的格局短期内不会改变,降低燃煤烟气中氮氧化物的排放仍是环保科技人员主要研究任务之一。介绍了选择性催化还原(SCR)法脱硝的原理,对比了3种催化剂的特点,分析了影响蜂窝式催化剂活性的主要因素(反应温度、氨氮比、空塔速度、高钙和硫),论述了蜂窝催化剂在燃煤电厂的应用前景。

Abstract: The domestic main energy source is coal; this situation would not change in the short term. Therefore, to reduce the NOx emission in coal fired flue gas is one of main research topics of environment protection technicians. The theory of selected catalytic reduction denitration was introduced. The characteristics of three kinds of catalyst were compared. The main factors influencing on the activity of the honeycombed catalyst (such as the reaction temperature, the ratio of ammonia and nitrogen, the velocity in empty tower, the high contents of calcium and sulfur) were analyzed. The application prospect of the honeycombed catalyst in coalfired power plant was expounded. 
