汽轮机高、中压主蒸汽旁路控制对汽包水位的影响

摘要: 介绍了日本三菱M701F燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的汽轮机主蒸汽旁路系统的控制模式,结合机组启动过程中旁路阀和主蒸汽控制阀的匹配动作过程,分析了中压汽包水位迅速下降的原因,提出了防范措施和操作建议。对高、中压蒸汽调节门开启速率进行调整后,有效减少了汽包水位的波动,可确保机组安全启、停。

Abstract: The control mode of the steam turbine main steam bypass system of M701F gassteam combined cycle unit manufactured by the Japan Mitsubishi was introduced. Combining with the matched action process of the bypass valve and the main steam control valve during the unit starting up process, the reasons of the fast falling of the water level in middlepressure steam drum were analyzed. The preventive measures and operation proposal were put forward. After adjustment of open speed of the high and middle pressure steam adjusting valve, the fluctuation of the water level in steam drum was decreased effectively, and the unit safe startup and shutdown were ensured. 
